General Questions

2. Searching directly for a product in the top search bar.

3. By clicking on a particular category (eg. spices, dry fruits) under collections.

After clicking “ADD TO CART” button, you can view a product and after selecting a particular quantity; either add it to the cart or checkout directly for a faster buying experience.

You can apply coupons if any (our coupons are automatically applied either through clicking a button on the coupons page or sent through email. You may also scan a QR code) and fill in all the required information, for example, address, email, special note etc. Finally, you can fill in payment details and pay using available payment options.

Yeah sure. You can checkout as a guest user and don’t need to create an account for a purchase. Just add items in the cart and checkout to fill in the address, payment details for buying. That’s it. Your order details will be sent to the email provided during checkout. However, we still recommend adding your email to your account as it will allow you to easily check your order status, purchased items, reset your password if you need to.

All orders placed on Bhu Tatva are dispatched through our courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx etc. and you will be notified about it at the earliest through email.

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In the future, if we are offering such a service and your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive communication from our end.

You can apply a coupon on the checkout page before placing an order. The final amount will be calculated after applying the applicable coupon(s) and deducting the coupon amount.

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, then call or WhatsApp on +918810470150 to resolve the issue faster. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

You can login using your registered email with Bhu Tatva or O-Auth services from Facebook, Google or Twitter either clicking on “login | sign up” menu option or checkout page.

Providing an email is not mandatory to create an account on Bhu Tatva. However, we still recommend adding your email to your account as it will allow you to easily check your order status, purchased items, reset your password if you need to.

Order

Tap on the “Orders” under the “Account” main menu section of the Website and then select the order you want to cancel. You will see the ‘Cancel Request’ button for an order if it’s eligible to cancel. If the cancel button is unavailable then please contact our customer care for further help.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by using UPI services, then a refund will be instant post order cancellation, any further issue can be resolved by contacting the respective payment services or our customer support team.

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by updating it under the “Saved Addresses” option which is available under the “Account” section of the Website. If the package has been shipped and you wanna change the shipping address then please contact our customer care for further help.

When you place an order with Bhu Tatva then you will get an email about the order confirmation. The order tracking information will be sent through the mail. You can check the order status by clicking the “Orders” section under the “Account” main menu. An email will be sent for any change in order status.

Please tap on the “Orders” section under the “Account” main menu of the Website to check your order details. After clicking on “View” for a particular order, you will see order status at the top. We will send you a tracking link from our courier partners if available. We will send you an email regularly for any change in order status. 

Payment

GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product’s sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.

The amount of GST collected from customers depends on the category, for example, 

1. Food items or food services: Max 18% GST applied.

The discounted prices displayed on the Bhu Tatva platform shall be exclusive of all taxes.

Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However, no refunds of GST shall be made in relation to the platform handling fee collected from the consumer under the Bhu Tatva shipping policy.

Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Bhu Tatva in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost if the total amount is more than ₹ 1499/- otherwise, a platform handling fee of ₹ 99/- will be applicable to the orders under ₹ 1499/-. 

1. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any platform handling fee, if paid online. 

2. If you return an order delivered to you, the platform handling fee will not be refunded. 

However, if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Bhu Tatva Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, the platform handling fee will be non-refundable irrespective of order value.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts / GST or any other applicable charges.

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect a platform handling fee of Rs. 149 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts that have a high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by the value of orders placed.

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers: Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised. You may be required to provide information like, a short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario). The snapshots of the packet and other boxes if any (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users). The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation.

You may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

1. Failure to provide adequate information about the case.

2. Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any). If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day. You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 – 4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end. You have used the item for which the claim was raised.

Return Policy

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, sometimes we can’t fulfill the expectation of our customers and need to return the package. We initiate a return process to understand the claims made by the customer and upon proper verification, we refund the amount and notify the customer. The following basic conditions should be met for a refund.

1. Items could be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

2. Items should not be damaged or distorted.

3. Items should be sent in the original packing with all the tags and important documents.

4. The QR code should be properly visible on the package if applicable.

We will initiate the refund after proper verification and any genuine problem will be resolved sooner. Please reach our customer support to lodge your complaint or for more information.

You can cancel an order when it is in processing, payment pending, on hold status, as long as the cancel option is available on the website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. If the cancel button is unavailable then please contact our customer care for further help.
